Nowadays, he is an Auditor and Substitute Minister of the Brazilian Court of Audit. As a External Control and Financial Analyst he has been the Assessor of the attorney general of the Public Prosecution Service before the Brazilian Court of Audit, Head of Office of the subattorney general of the Public Prosecution Service before the Brazilian Court of Audit and Secretary of Resources. As a Postal Administrator and Engineer of Brazilian General Post Office Company (ETC), he has been an Inspector of the General Inspectorship, Inspector of the Inspection and Auditing Department and Head of Claim Ascertainment Control of the Inspection and Auditing Department. As an electric engineer he has worked for private companies implanting and maintaining underground and aerial external phone networks and constructing astounding systems.

Professional History:
Since October 16th, 2001 he has been an Auditor and Substitute Minister of the Brazilian Court of Audit. From January 25th, 2001 to October 15th 2001, he was Secretary of Resources - technical unity responsible for all the appeals against the Brazilian Court of Audit. From December 8th, 1997 to January 24th, 2001, he was Head of Office of Dr. Jatir Batista da Cunha, the Subattorney general of the Public Prosecution Service before the Brazilian Court of Audit. From July 1st, 1995 to December 7th, 1997 he was Assessor of the attorney general of the Public Prosecution Service before the Brazilian Court of Audit. From July 7th, 1992 to June 30th, 1995 he was an External Control and Financial Analyst of the Brazilian Court of Audit at the 9th Secretary of External Control, which is now called Secretary of Inspection and Denationalization. From April 11th,1991 to April 8th, 1992 he was Head of Claim Ascertainment Control of the Inspection and Auditing Department of the Brazilian General Post Office Company (ECT). From June 3rd,1987 to April 9th 1990 he was an Inspector of the General Inspertorship of the same company (ECT). From November 1st, 1991 to July 6th 1992 he was an engineer at ECT.
