Federal Deputy elected by the State of Ceará (Northeast of Brazil) - Social Party of the Brazilian Democracy - PSDB. Born in Cedro, Ceará, on September 7th, 1941. Son of Araken Sedrin de Aguiar and Maria Diniz de Aguiar. Married and has four daughters.

Academic Background:

Majored in Social and Judicial Sciences at the Federal University of Ceará. During his academic life, he was the vice-president and president of the Clóvis Bevilacqua Academic Center at the Federal University of Ceará Law School, in 1967.
